BMW F-Series N55 Spool Stage 3 Low Pressure Fuel Pump

The Spool Stage 3 low pressure fuel pump for the F-series BMW N55 is a complete drop-in twin-pump unit that removes the in-tank pump as a bottleneck on big power builds.

Why you need it

With upgraded high pressure pumps now able to support far more direct injection fueling, the factory in-tank pump is the next limit, especially on E85. This twin-pump design brings the second pump in at boost onset, delivers almost double the flow of a stock pump and is sized for over 1200 whp of low pressure fueling on any fuel.

Good to know

Avoid asking too much of the primary pump in your tune: Spool notes that high pump demand settings can melt the primary pump connector. Pair with a matching tune. Professional installation is recommended.
