The Spool Stage 3 DIY low pressure fuel pump kit for the BMW G30 M550i is a true plug-and-play secondary pump for the N63, with no drilling or cutting of the fuel bucket.

Why you need it

A proprietary three-piece bracket locks the second pump into the factory fuel tank assembly for a real drop-in install, and the supplied hoses tee into the factory fuel line with the included fittings. It adds the low side flow a tuned N63 needs.

Pick your pump and harness at checkout. The Walbro 450 suits most street, drag and performance builds; the 525 is for higher horsepower goals and is best paired with a PWM harness, since its higher current draw can overload a standard relay in hot climates. Harness choices: Reflex flying lead (ground trigger on Aux 2), ground and power activation for Reflex plug and play or Rev2 BM3, or the Spool Hobbs switch with the included 10 PSI pressure switch if you don't run a Reflex controller. Mounting brackets differ by fuel tank, so share your VIN when ordering. A supporting tune is recommended. Professional installation is recommended.
