Camshaft Locking Tool (T10171A) — Audi/VW 1.4/1.6 FSI

Lock the camshafts for checking and setting valve timing on Audi and VW 1.4L and 1.6L FSI engines. Equivalent to OEM T10171A and compatible with AXU, BAG, BKG, BLF, BLN and BLP engine codes.

Why you need it

Valve timing has to be set with the camshafts held in position. A locking tool keeps them exactly where they need to be while you check or reset the timing.
