Mercedes-AMG M157 E63 & CLS63 Spool FX-200 High Pressure Fuel Pump Kit

The Spool FX-200 high pressure fuel pump kit for the Mercedes-AMG M157 raises the fueling ceiling so you can run bigger turbos and higher ethanol blends.

Why you need it

The stock high pressure pumps on the M157 are badly limited once you start tuning. The FX-200 uses a bigger bore for roughly 80% more flow than stock and can run pressures up to 240 bar, which increases injector output and shortens injection time. It is fully E85 compatible and plug and play with no cutting or splicing.

Good to know

Choose at checkout whether to add the Spool wireless ethanol analyzer kit, use one you already have, or skip it. The pump requires calibration changes, and they must be in the tune before you start the car with the pump installed. Spool can share calibration details with your tuner but does not write custom tunes. Proper low pressure fueling matters on a direct injection system: the high pressure pump is lubricated by fuel, and a weak low side can damage the piston and bore. Plan a low pressure pump upgrade alongside this pump. Professional installation is recommended.
