ZF 8HP45, 8HP50 & 8HP51 Spool Billet 300M C-Hub Cog Drive

The Spool billet 300M C-hub cog drive for the ZF 8HP45, 8HP50 and 8HP51 replaces the factory cast steel part with a fully CNC-machined hub built for high torque and high rpm.

Why you need it

The factory cog drive is cast steel. That is fine at stock power, but porosity and uneven grain show up as torque, line pressure and shift aggression rise, leading to cog tooth deformation, spline wear and cracking under shock load. 300M is an ultra-high-strength, vacuum-melted alloy steel used in aerospace and motorsport drivelines, with far better fatigue resistance than a casting.
