Wrench Haus Affiliate Program Terms

These terms apply to everyone who joins the Wrench Haus affiliate program (the "Program"). By signing up, you agree to them.

1. Commission

You earn a commission on each qualifying sale made through your affiliate link or your personal discount code. The standard rate is 5% of the order subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes. Wrench Haus may offer a different rate to individual affiliates. No commission is paid on orders that are refunded, returned or cancelled. If a refund happens after a payout, we may deduct it from a future payout.

2. Customer discount

Your personal code gives customers 10% off. Codes cannot be combined with other discounts or codes.

3. Payouts

Commissions are paid monthly through PayPal. Each payout covers approved sales that are at least 30 days old, so returns and refunds can be settled first. You are responsible for your own taxes, and we may ask for a W-9 or equivalent before paying you.

4. Disclosure

You must clearly disclose your relationship with Wrench Haus in every post, video or page where you share your link or code, in line with FTC guidelines. For example, say "affiliate link", "I earn a commission" or use #ad, in a place viewers can see it without having to click or expand anything.

5. What is not allowed

Posting your code or link on coupon, deal or cashback sites (such as RetailMeNot, Honey or Slickdeals) or in browser coupon extensions.
Bidding on "Wrench Haus", our domain, or misspellings of them in paid search ads.
Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or misleading or fake reviews.
False or exaggerated claims about our products, prices or fitment.
Using your own link or code on your own purchases.
Impersonating Wrench Haus or implying that you speak for us.

6. Changes and termination

Wrench Haus may change commission rates or these terms at any time, with notice to active affiliates. Either of us can end your participation at any time. If you break these terms, we may remove you from the Program and withhold unpaid commissions on affected orders.
