The Spool upgraded 8/8 clutch set rebuilds the BMW GS7D36SG 7-speed DCT clutch pack to hold far more torque while keeping engagement close to stock.

Why you need it

The factory DCT clutch pack becomes the weak link once power goes past stock or the car sees hard track use. Heat, slipping on hard upshifts and fast wear are common. The Spool 8/8 set is rated to 1000 ft-lbs of torque and uses heat-resistant motorsport friction discs with precision-machined alloy steel separator plates, so it holds up to big-power and track builds without harsh engagement or chatter.

Good to know
